Industrial mining operation projects are always built around minimizing  downtime and operational disruptions.  In addition, these harsh environments require special high performance coatings, lining and secondary containment coatings that can handle severe abrasion and chemical resitantance.  For this slurry tank lining project those were the exact conditions encountered.  The owner was helped by TSE to select a Tnemec ProPolymer lining system consisting of a vinyl ester primer followed by a trowel/mat/trowel vinyl ester lining.   Superior Industrial Maintenance did an incredible job to get the tank properly prepped in accordance with SSPC-SP 5/NACE 1 White Metal Blast Cleaning before installing this highly technical and difficult lining system.  The annual inspector confirmed the lining is performing perfectly.
