Sustainable solutions for capital improvements and continual maintenance with Tnemec high performance primers and finishes for steel at Lambeau Field.
The Packers have trusted Tnemec to protect the structural steel on Lambeau since the early 2000s.
Over 2,500 gallons of Tnemec paint was used at Lambeau this year (2023) for their Level 3 Concourse Remodel. In this remodel, new 10 grab-and-go marketplaces replaced the traditional ones. This way fans can grab their food quickly and get back to cheering on the Packers. LEW monitors with the game shown on them and labels were also added to the yellow beams to help with navigation through the concours. Items painted include structural steel, support beams, legacy beams, gantry beams, marketplaces, handrails, and more.
Series 90-97 Tneme-Zinc is used as a primer and provides long-term corrosion control through the power of galvanic protection to steel elements throughout facilities. Tnemec Series 161 Tneme-Fascure, a low-temperature polyamide epoxy, was used as the intermediate. A top coat of Tnemec Series 1075U Endura-Shield II protects from abrasion, wet conditions, and exterior weathering. It contains a blend of UV light absorbers for enhanced color and gloss retention. We blend this to custom colors: Lambeau Green and Sun Spot.

- Larger Scoreboards (went from 110 feet by 48 feet to 220 feet by 48 feet with 4K display)
- Team Player Addition (office space, rehab room, weight room, indoor turf field- Tnemec was used on exterior handrails, framing around parking garage doors, and balconies)
- Maintenance each year (Series 1072 Fluoronar used on paneling, Pro-Tuff used on forgotten steel).
