The facade of the 210 guestroom resort required two coats of Tnemec Series 156 Enviro-Crete, a modified waterborne acylate coating for concrete, masonry and stucco which can fill in and bridge minor hairline cracks. Series 156 is highly differentiated from other elastomeric coatings in that it is silane tipped on each end of every acrylate polymer which ensure a tighter film thereby creating a tighter film which resists moisture and UV to a superior level. The inert hollow bead pigment allows for higher film build by giving the coating superior anti-sag properties.
Series 156 provides a superior coating system for the Four Seasons Vacation Club representing an additional 130 units, operating as a natural extension of the resort's hacienda and 25 casita buildings.
