Most spec buildings are pretty cookie-cutter and plain.....Not this one!  When Carlisle Associates was tasked with building an industrial park spec building for Clarendon County they knew they wanted it to stand out.  So they creatively innovated the design of the tilt-up panels and the coatings on this facility to mirror the notes of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.  The result is an amazing architectural building that really pops....as opposed to a boring concrete box. MB Kahn was tasked with bringing this design to life and did an incredble job to make it happen.  This building is also protected using the high-performance coating system using Tnemec Series 151 Elasto-Grip primer, Tnemec Series 156 Enviro-Crete.  Benefits of this system included flexibility and breathability as well as protection against driving rain, alternate freezing-thawing and UV light. It also fills and bridges minor hairline cracks. All these properties obviously make this system ideal for exterior exposed concrete. And it has a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty.  Because of investment in a such a superior aesthetic design and superior coating system, this building will continue to look great for many decades to come.
